Greenfield Homes & Real Estate

The majority of homes in Greenfield were built through the 60s and 70s. As such, they represent the typical low, modern, bungalow-style designs, with half-stepped basements and horizontal siding, accented with brickwork and the odd A-frame. Given the desirability of the area, this has been some more recent development of infill housing featuring modern designs.

Overall, homes in Greenfield offer generous yards with back-alley access and large spacious homes in well-kept and classic designs.

Homes in this area generally range from $400K to $800K in price.
