Many of the residences in Parkdale dating back to the early and mid-20th-century. As such, a range of minimal-traditional and bungalow styles prevail. Here and there, Modernist, Cape Cod, and Farmhouse elements appear.
The area also hosts a number of flats and apartment buildings, and newly built homes are starting to make an entrance as developers clear away older properties to take advantage of the excellent location, low prices, and community feel.
Here you'll be able to find lovingly preserved mid-century suburban marvels, modern and renovated masterpieces, and bargain fixer-uppers.
