A network of paved, pedestrian-only walkways weave throughout the neighourhood’s residential roadways, connecting up the various greenspaces and scenic lakes. It’s a wonderful addition that makes for a fantastic late night stroll or early morning jog.

As far as amenities go, Ambleside has plenty to offer. It’s location just off Edmonton’s ring road, makes getting around the city a cinch. For daily commuters, Bus #28 provides quick access to the Century Park LRT station and into downtown Edmonton or further north.

But, resident’s won’t have to venture far if they don’t want to. For a newer community, Ambleside homes have great access to incredible shopping and amenities. The expansive Currents at Windermere shopping centre takes up a good amount of real estate in the area’s northern section and features numerous big-box retailers and plenty of restaurants!
